About

I am a writer by compulsion. I have unspent energy inside me which may turn into an ulcer if I dont expel it by writing. I am an engineer by profession and I have a full time job. I am young and I have been saying that for twenty years now and would keep on saying it probably for twenty more years. I guess this is what theory of relativity is all about. I love to write about things that I see around me – things which are bad or maybe good too. My blog – the Maven Haven has given me an opportunity to share my thoughts on life with the world and I hope the world will find the time to understand me as a person too.

As an update, I am now a published author. My book Zero Percentile – Missed IIT Kissed Russia is now out in the market. It’s been published by Rupa and is doing amazingly well for a first time author.

  4. Hi Neeraj,
Great to hear about ure book doing well, its an interesting title as i am sure the contents are too!Ure blog is interesting and strangely peaceful. There is no angst, no bitterness, no pain, no jarring notes, just a peaceful observation about life with all its gentle acceptance which i find appreciable. It is aptly titled Maven in Heaven.I am a writer too, unpublished as yet, slightly older and hence a little neurotic. amen to your success and happy ending,[as u put it] and peace be to all!

  6. Hi. What is your book about. Or, why should I buy your book- spend money and time on it- especially when there are so many books out there. And why do people call you ‘sir’. Is there a review of your work anywhere?

  7. Hi Neeraj,

Loved the book. I spotted the book accidentally at a railway station in Surat on my way to Mumbai as the title caught my attention. I was your senior in Volgograd and it was a pleasure to read your book.

    Good luck to you
